I wanted to send out a post to not only those with autoimmune diseases, but also to those who are having unexplained symptoms that are negatively affecting their lives.
Some of you may have an autoimmune diagnosis that you are being treated for, but still have a lot of symptoms. Others may not have a diagnosis, but have been feeling lousy. You could be experiencing fatigue, headaches, food allergies, skin issues, achy joints etc. It can be very frustrating and discouraging.
Recently my Functional Medicine doctor, Emily Parke, sat down for a talk with Talia Lavor, PA to discuss ways to decrease autoimmune symptoms as well as how to reduce the risks of acquiring them. In this video they touch on why the above symptoms may be revealing themselves, who is at risk and their recommendations on the best medication and treatment to decrease symptoms.
Click on the link below to watch. Hopefully it will help you as much as it has helped me!
