The Last Chapter

Wow, it’s been two and a half years since I created my website! It seems like yesterday and forever because I’ve been through and experienced so much. I’m proud of what I created and feel privileged to have been able to use my pain to help others. I accomplished what I set out to do, and feel it is now time to close this chapter and shift my focus.

Thanks to those of you who encouraged me to begin this endeavor and who had more faith in me than I did. And gratitude to those who offered feedback and advice to conquer this mountain, that seemed too overwhelming to climb.

My website will remain active for those of you who would like to refer back to the resources and recipes I’ve shared. Two of my social media sites will be inactive, but Pinterest will be available for accessing the various healing recipes that have either helped me or that I personally created.

I wish you all well throughout your healing journey and thank you for allowing me to have shared my experiences with you.

  2. Thank you for being open about the challenges you have faced and how you navigated the waters. It has educated me immensely. I know this is the last chapter of the blog, but another chapter in your life begins. You are a special spirit! Thanks again.
